You can pause your subscription instantly. The remaining days in your billing cycle are banked as "Service Credit" for future use. This allows you to align your design spend exactly with your production needs. Important note: To prevent indefinite operational debt, paused credits expire after 60 days of inactivity.

We simplify procurement. Whether you choose the Senior or Principal Node, you are billed a flat monthly retainer—no surprise hourly overages, no complex scope change orders. To ensure predictable administration, payments are scheduled between the 1st and 5th business day of each month. We facilitate seamless ACH or Wire transfers to align with your accounts payable department.

We operate on a month-to-month basis to keep us accountable. You are not locked into a long-term vendor contract. While we do not offer refunds on time already reserved (due to the opportunity cost of holding your slot), our "Pause" mechanism acts as your risk mitigation.
